Utilizing a scientific, systematic, and professional approach, we create personalized one-on-one lesson plans. 90% of students progress from zero to RCM Level 10 within five years. More than half of our students reach the ARCT level.

All teachers are graduates of major music conservatories, including the Central Conservatory of Music, Juilliard School, and UBC School of Music.

ARCT graduates constitute one-fourth of BC graduates annually.
Nearly 50 students take the RCM exams each year.
Around 100 students participate in various Canadian and international music competitions annually.
We host nearly 40 personal recitals each year.
Our students have been admitted to prestigious institutions, including the Juilliard School, Harvard, Stanford, and Duke.
CMC Canada national competition winners for 18 consecutive years.
We hosted nine hours of concerts at Carnegie Hall in 2018 and 2019.
In 2023, we held nearly 20 hours of solo competitions at Berklee College of Music.
In 2024, we aim to secure half of the Gocaa Global Awards.

VIOLIN

The violin is a four-stringed string instrument known for its bright and expressive tone. Played with a bow or by plucking the strings, it is a key component of orchestras and various music genres. Its versatility allows it to perform melody, harmony, and rhythm, making it one of the most popular instruments in classical and contemporary music.

VIOLA

The viola is a string instrument slightly larger than the violin, tuned a fifth lower, which gives it a warmer and richer sound. Often referred to as the “alto” of the string family, the viola plays an essential role in orchestras and chamber music, providing harmonic depth and counter-melody. Its unique tonal qualities make it a versatile instrument across various musical genres.

CELLO

The cello is a large string instrument with a deep, resonant tone, played seated between the knees. It is tuned an octave lower than the viola, allowing it to produce rich, expressive melodies and harmonies. The cello is a vital part of orchestras and chamber music, celebrated for its versatility across classical and contemporary genres.

PIANO

The piano is a versatile keyboard instrument known for its wide range and expressive capabilities. It features 88 keys, allowing musicians to play melodies, harmonies, and complex compositions across various musical genres. The piano is foundational in both solo and ensemble settings, making it a popular choice for beginners and advanced musicians alike.
